SITE CONTENT & COPYRIGHTS
The client must submit all site content unless stated in the quotation. The client must also own copyright or have permission to use any images submitted for use. Images can be supplied but this will incur further costs unless included in the quotation. Print work must be proofed and signed off by the client as SNEAKYTRICK will not be held liable for any errors after printing of the project. The client agrees to allow SNEAKYTRICK use of the project for advertising and portfolio purposes.

SEARCH ENGINE SUBMISSION
Every site designed or hosted by SNEAKYTRICK is submitted free to ten major search engines (including Google and Lycos). SNEAKYTRICK does not guarantee that any free submissions will be automatically included in search engine listings or will appear within a specific timescale.

SITE HOSTING & DOMAIN REGISTRATION
All domains registered by SNEAKYTRICK will be registered in the client's name. Site hosting will be supplied by SNEAKYTRICK unless otherwise agreed. The first year's hosting and any domain registration (or transfer) will be included in the quotation. At the end of the first year, the client will be contacted and offered a further year's hosting (this will usually be no more than £50). The client will, after the first year, be responsible for any domain renewal charges due.

PAYMENT
After discussing a project brief, a deposit of 50% will be required before further work is carried out. This is to cover set-up costs and is not refundable. To enable us to keep our costs low, SNEAKYTRICK will not carry out any further work on the project until this deposit is made. The remaining 50% must be paid on completion of the work and in the case of web design, the client will have one calendar month to advise us of any problems or basic changes that need to be made. These will be resolved free of charge. Unless otherwise agreed any further alterations to be made after this time will be charged at £20 per hour (minumum £20). At the moment we do not charge V.A.T. on our work.

In the case of web design work, failure to complete payment will result in suspension of all services.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque or by credit/debit card using Paypal. SNEAKYTRICK currently uses Paypal for all online transactions. All online transactions are dealt with through secure servers at Paypal. Please be assured that at no time are your credit card details divulged to SNEAKYTRICK.

PRIVACY
SNEAKYTRICK will not pass on or resell your contact details, email address or any other personal information that we may receive from you, unless you have given your consent in writing. We will occasionally send newsletters to your primary email address. The newsletters will contain information on special offers and software updates available. Each newsletter will contain a link allowing you to unsubscribe. We will not share your information with third parties for commercial purposes and are not affiliated to any advertising companies.
